This program offers an alternative certification track for military veterans working as a fully licensed teacher in the Commonwealth of Kentucky while obtaining the necessary teacher dispositions that make these veterans successful. The VEST program is also seeking additional components such as a mentorship experience as additional guidance during the military veterans first few years in this new career.
